The real estate agent assigned to me was Kalab Hoover, but he gave me to Shannon Castro. Shannon did outstanding work, but Kalab tried to bully me into closing on a house which I specifically requested repairs be done by a licensed professional on 11/12/22. The sellers agreed. Kalab gave me the invoice on 12/12/22 but it had no date, no invoice number, nor did the person have a license. He was threatening me with law suite for not excepting the work of someone not licensed.I would recommend Shannon with a 10 rating, but I wouldn't recommend Mr. Hoover.

I love my real estate agent Nicole Walk. She has become an honorary member of our home and will be invited when I have my family over to celebrate my new home. Nicole always had a smile on her face. She was very encouraging and I have already given her information to a few people that I know how are looking at homes. She was such a delight to work with.
