Craig did a great job. Unfortunately we were unable to walkthrough the house when we visited Marquette. Don’t really want to put this on the agent, but it seemed like part of the issue was the fact that he was so busy setting up a walkthrough didn’t work out. He did take the time to do a virtual walkthrough and was very supportive of the final walkthrough. Also gave us a housewarming gift. This was a bad time to be a buyer and Craig did his best to help this go smoothly.

I am grateful for the attention that I got from my Agent, and that we were able to close on a house. Very quick work as we only looked at houses for one day before putting in an offer.However, - Based on past experiences with Veterans United - I expect my real estate Agent to represent me, and my interests, and I found her to be extremely passive, and without initiative.Not very knowledgeable when it came to ways to negotiate or vie for her client. Information and the lines of communication were lagging, I had to remind them a few times about the same issue, or ask for the same info.
When dealing with a dispute over the property, I was the one driving the conversation for the seller to keep up with their end of the bargain, while she was unwilling, or at the least unmotivated to put my interests first.I shouldn't be the one to have to put the fire in your asshole to get you to move with a purpose.

Communication ended but being a pain once I signed for the house (contract) as it took multiple text, calls to get any answer back and updates.

My Real Estate Agent was an amazing professional. I could not imagine working with anyone else as perfect. I would definitely recommend him to everyone. He really helped me stay on track with what I needed in a house. He was personable and ready to push to get me the house I wanted. He was a great team player and very knowledgeable.
