The real estate agent you assigned me in Indiana acted like being a realtor was her part-time job. When contacting her with a question, at 2pm on a week day, I wouldn’t get an answer for at least 24 hours or longer sometimes. Her recommendation on the inspector, I used, was a mistake. She also gave me incorrect information, for example, on the property taxes which turned out to be twice as much as what she stated they were. I feel that if you took your job seriously as a realtor, you would know these things. Guess not. I would not recommend her to anyone. Nice lady though.
