Sue was amazing. I would recommend her to anyone especially first time buyers. Right out the gate she told me to make sure I had money for a deposit and that I would also need money for closing. She also was the one to get the cash back on the loan to go towards closing. She answered every text every phone call no matter what time. She helped walk me thru every step. She noticed the roof was old and she fought for me to make sure there was a new roof out on. She educated me about insurance and buying a home and more. For a veteran she should be the realtor you send. She will do everything in her power to make sure she gets you to what your dream is.
