Tina was an absolute pleasure to work with. Don’t think people will be able to find a better real estate agent…she’s definitely top notch. None of this would have been possible without her steadfast commitment and tireless efforts. The fact that we bought our home in FL while living in CA (haven’t seen it in-person yet), is a true testament to Tina and her ability to provide a realistic, virtual experience for out of state buyers. Without question, Tina made our life significantly easier and we can’t thank her enough for her patience, guidance, and friendship throughout the home buying process.

I can’t say enough positive things about Rachael Johnson. In a crazy housing market in our area of interest she was diligent, honest and incredibly helpful for everything I needed. She worked super hard to make sure we found the right home. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was updated along the way. She truly made the homebuying process wonderful! If you’re a veteran in Eastern Kentucky, you are sure to be missing out by not working with her!

Our real estate agent was Marvin Coakley. He was absolutely amazing. He was always available to us when needed regardless of the time of day. He would send us multiple home listings daily until we found our forever home, and that we did. He was there every step of the way with everything all the way through closing. If and when the time comes to sell our home, Marvin will definitely be our go too.

Mrs. Williams went above and beyond to get me all the necessary information and questions asked without any hesitation, very friendly and very polite and professional!! My youngest daughter Ember even said that Mrs. Williams was a very nice person and she really liked her!! Lol So again A+++++++++ across the board!! Thank you again Mrs. Williams for everything!!!!

Alex was awesome in the present market we had to submit multiple offers. We were out bid twice. Alex kept looking he stayed focused. We managed to get an offer accepted and a contract signed. He never got frustrated. I can’t say the same for me and my wife.
