Not really too pleased with any realtor. Although I did find a home, no effort or fight is given. Usually a no response of some sort is given when something is asked for or an offer is suggested. Not able to see if offers are submitted or what the response is from the other agent specifically leaves a blind eye between what's going on and the discussions being had. The home inspection didn't mention that the keys for both the front door and the back door were near the impossible to open and lock and close. The siding of the house was falling off when I got there. The repairs that were supposed to be done to the house we're not actually done. The bottom of the sink a piece of plywood was inserted rather than actually repairing the cabinetry. So at this point I'm not sure that any of the repairs were even made. I was told that the walked through wasn't required but was still something that I had the choice to do because the repairs were made so that is where I feel I should have done the walkthrough and also went with a different home inspection team that wasn't tied into the same real estate team that I was using.

There were times when we would ask questions and be redirected in a strange way. We never met our real estate agent face to face even though she said she would. Instead she sent someone else to show us homes and such. The person she sent was great but some transparency up front would have been nice. A few issues were mishandled and she was always quick to shift blame.

I never actually met my agent face to face. She was unavailable for closing and much of what I did was navigated on my own.

Breanna was awesome. Even though i knew she was working and of course had other clients, she made me feel like i was the only one she was working with! Very patient, called me , texted me, and made sure i was doing what i was suppose to be doing. This was actuallly a good experience!
