The Realtor that was assigned to me really could have done a lot better. I was unfortunately unable to look at the houses I was interested in person so Kia had to go to the houses and send me videos. She took the videos in .5 view which made everything about the house look bigger than they actually were. Insects all around the inside of the house, spider webs in the kitchen. Grass was about 12 inches long, the toilets had urine stains, freezer was frozen shut, ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work. Even the recycle fan was already full. Also the “spacious bedrooms” she articulated in the videos were not spacious at all. All in all I was very disappointed in my first home buying experience. It didn’t not feel at all like I was moving into a newly bought house.

We loved working with Bobbie! She was readily available and worked with our hours and schedule. We found our house and she started working right away. We completed documents the same day to get the buy in motion. She succeeded in doing a video tour the same day we seen the home online. Bobbie Almond's saying is "Its never too early or too late to talk real estate" and she proved it from her actions.
