Interesting enough our correspondence with Lauren Inglese was limited because my wife and I had actually decided on our course of action prior to house hunting. We had selected the homes to view prior to contacting her and ranked our favorites using our criteria and the internet. We are thankful for Lauren's input when making our initial offer for the San Bernardo home, an offer which did bear fruit for us. My real estate agent was very unpersonable. He didn't make me feel comfortable at all, he even brought me to tears a few times. The real estate agent I worked with almost ruined the entire experience for us.

Janet was incredible. She was polite, understanding, took stands and hits for us, and she was with us for every step. She knew how important getting this house was to us and she made it happen. Even through every hiccup, she stood tall and got us the best possible options and laid them out for us. Phenomenal job.
