Interesting enough our correspondence with Lauren Inglese was limited because my wife and I had actually decided on our course of action prior to house hunting. We had selected the homes to view prior to contacting her and ranked our favorites using our criteria and the internet. We are thankful for Lauren's input when making our initial offer for the San Bernardo home, an offer which did bear fruit for us.
