Great overall. She helped me along the way and was able to help me with things i didn’t know as a home buyer. Small mishap that ended up costing me big buck ls right after closing that should’ve been caught during the buying process. But she was very nice and knowledgeable!

Jerry was there to keep them on track and they sent me the paperwork I needed. Adele travelled many times to Philly when I wanted to look at houses.

Honestly, she was lackluster at best. Poor communication, minimal effort on our behalf with the seller, and we only received information if we ask about it. I wouldn’t recommend our realtor nor would I endorse her working with VU again in the future.

She was negative from the start. She didn't want us to buy the house we wanted. She wanted to sell us a different house. I would never use her again or recommend her.

Jennifer was amazing and I recommend her to anyone looking in the Springfield area. She is knowledgeable about the area and is so friendly! She helped us a lot and was so patient! We toured so many homes and through it all She was happy to make schedules for us and explain things to us. She has been invaluable in giving us tips and advice as first time buyers!

Mathew was above and beyond what I expected in a real estate agent. For someone I’ve never met before, he was quickly able to earn the trust of myself and my girlfriend and really guide us through the process and answer any of the many questions we had during that time. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Mathew to someone I knew looking for an agent.
