I was discouraged from submitting an offer less than asking and told it would be likely the home would be sold quickly. I now believe I should have at least tried. The sellers profited $91k. I am a first time buyer and I’m left wondering if this occurred because of the commission. Either way, I love my new home

Steve is the nicest gentleman to work with. He never pressured us in any direction. He was willing to go all over the different areas we wanted to see. TJ Quinn was great! Great communication and I felt like he really cares about what he does! He kept me on track and communicated with the sellers effectively especially since the sellers were being very difficult and uncooperative! I feel TJ had my best interests as priority and took very good care of this whole home buying process!

He did not search for any homes for us, only showed the ones we found. He passed on information from the selling realtor that was not true. He informed us of a water contamination and simply said a water filter fixes it for you. Did not say that filter entailed a cost of $59.00 a month.or offer any other options

Karolina was terrible, she was not helpful, she repeatedly talked crap about Veterans United, talked crap about us talked crap about us doing a VA Loan, kept telling us to only do conventional and don’t do any inspections on a house, she was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. Kept complaining that VA loans take so much longer to do and have more paperwork. The entire time with her was awful. I do not recommend you all having anyone ever use her again.

Patrick Lum is the best realtor I had to work with. He doesn’t push but ensures he finds the right home to the client’s specification. He answers any concerns even on weekends, he ensures repairs are done, and he coordinates well with the Loan officer. He knows the area around Hawaii and he would point out the cons and pros of properties being considered. I bought a house virtually and I am very happy with choice thanks to him and the loan officer

Melissa Payne from Hanna promised us that we would sell and be in a new home in the time limits we had. She assured we made more than what we were asking for our home and worked to get us the best deal on our new home. Could not be happier with her dedication to the sale of our home and purchase of our new home.
