Just wished they were more helpful. Especially with purchasing a home for the first time. It would be extremely helpful if they would make suggestion to the buyers about things they know are important but perhaps the buyer does not know to ask about. Do a better job at finding homes that meet the clients criteria instead of spamming mailbox with a generic list.
