There was a tremendous amount of non-listening to the buyer and made decisions that cost us more dollars in the form of having to extend due to no fault of ours. Yes people have medical events, however that doesn’t stop the everyday life.

Our real estate agent was kind; however, we felt he might have been overextending himself with attempting to balance multiple clients. We had a list of homes we wanted to look at during the home search; however, he seemed to only be available in the late afternoon which was difficult for us given our limited time frame during our home search visit. There were times he could have communicated better so we wouldn’t have to ask the same questions several times before receiving any response. Overall, he was nice; however, there are some areas of opportunity.
