Lory was pretty lukewarm as compared to the rest of the team. I had sent many houses to her to view and she had scheduled exactly ONE showing out of the 10+ I provided. The house I ended up buying was found by me and I had to ask and direct her to set up a showing. While she did write out the offer letter extremely fast and efficiently, she made a rather large mistake on the closing date which caused waves. She sent options after I had made the offer of homes that did not even meet my criteria that was given to her. I felt I had to work around her time more than my own and she was on her phone the whole time during closing. She also made a comment that if my contract fell through, with the house I bought, that she was going to show it to other clients as it was “A great little home”. As a real estate agent she met the criteria for the position but I wouldn’t work with her again.

Our realtor didn’t really do much for us. We found all of the houses and had to fix some things during closing due to the fact that she failed to read the email pertaining to the water test requirements for veterans United. She was nice but not very knowledgeable and hard to get ahold of most of the time.

He never asked us what we were looking for in a house. We asked him what he had he gave a website so we did all the searching with no help from him, not once did he say hey i have property that i think you'd be interested in or what size lot how many bedrooms or bathrooms are you looking for what style home are you interested in none of that. During the closing process he greeted us outside but once inside he did not converse with anyone at all. The sellers realtor had more of a conversation and was answering questions as they arose while he played on his cellphone as if he didnt care about anything we had to say or ask. He didnt seem to care about what was happening at that point since he knew he was getting paid shortly. Me and my wife felt more taken care of by the sellers realtor than by our own. He seemed to do bare minimum through out the whole thing. All he did was coordinate the showing of the houses and i could have done that.

Michelle didn’t really have our best interest in mind the first 20 days of closing. She had told us that we should be lucky we got an offer accepted because we had a VA loan and no one accepts them in Kansas City. Also, she often wouldn’t take accountability for anything and constantly blamed the other realtor. I reached out to my family who are also real estate brokers and agents and my father ended up calling her and her broker and explaining how she has not been up to the standard of a broker. Overall, I will never use Michelle again for any real estate transaction again.

Christy went way above and beyond her responsibilities. She made ever house we wanted available and even went quite a distance outside her normal area for us. If I know of anyone looking for a realtor there are none out there better than her, and I will most definitely use her in the future for any other real-estate ventures. Arti was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She knew the pros and cons of any property and was very helpful all around. Arti was also very quick to respond to any concerns we may have had pertaining to anything. Overall Arti has made our experience moving from San Diego to Yuma very smooth.

Danielle was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond her job title and by far is probably the best agent in this entire area. I will recommend her to every person I meet that is thinking about buying a home. Even though she was pregnant and after she gave birth, she did an amazing job.

Roy has been very patient in these last two years to wait for the perfect home to pop up for me and Sarah. It’s always hard trying to get everything you want out of a property but it worked out perfect for us in the end.

In all honesty, I wasn't looking to buy a pre-built house. She made everything easy and worked with me on each step. I cannot recommend her more. 100/10.
