I only saw him 1 time, when we were getting shown the homes. His partner dealt with us the other 2 times. Also, I went a couple of weeks without hearing from his team at all. Whereas, I heard from the loan team at least every other day during the whole process.

Nick is everything a real estate agent should be he is honest he provides knowledge on the home search as well as the process of coosing the right home and putting a contract on it. He diligently makes sure everything is done and in a timely manner. He even picked me up and brought me back home for home searches ,inspections and closing at the title company

Her advice on the offer, she suggested the right home inspector, and her suggestion on the final offer closed the deal. What a great buying experience.

Persevered every trial and tribulation of our search to a successful end. Our family came down from Ohio to Orlando to search for a home within a week. Going from Poinciana to eventually Leesburg we looked all across Central Florida until we landed on a beautiful home with closing costs PAID FOR! In Central Florida of all places!
