I have a lot of good things to say about Katie. She was professional and nice and was nice enough to show us the houses we wanted to see virtually. She told us about the town and places we would like which was great and accurate. The reason why she is not a 10 out of 10 is she did not show us a single house that met our needs. We told her we wanted a new home after 1990 and not a single one was sent so all of the home searches were done on our part. She just uses an automated system that is basically spam being sent to my emails constantly of homes that did not meet even one of our needs. There were multiple parts of the process where she gave us inaccurate information and had tech issues from her end thinking it was us but our loan officer was amazing and kept us ahead of everything even things that were not required of her. Also during the closing day, she put lots of doubt saying this is not your home yet and I hope you're going to like it here after we just told her of a poor experience we had putting negativity and doubt during the process making it seem like we might not like it here right after closing, like why would you say that? I understand things can go wrong during closing but you don't talk to clients like that. Stay optimistic and just state facts so they understand what can happen but hope for the best. No need for all that negativity when you have first-time home buyers especially. If you focus more on the client and less on making money the money will come to you. Also getting a client a knife as a gift with your name engraved is not a gift they are going to say thank you then use it to open boxes then replace it. Get them champagne or a welcome mat or something nobody wants a knife with their real estate agent's name on it. We have your info no need to keep trying to get more money out of us. All during closing she kept trying to get us as referrals and to use her for our next home. That is not the time you have told us many times you want us to use you again we get it. Let us be excited about our home and talk about it and not make it about you. I know this comes off as a lot of negativity but we still like Katie and think she did what we needed of her but unfortunately nothing more. I wrote this in the hope for Katie to improve her skills and close on more homes. We appreciate her and think she is a wonderful person and hope nothing but the best for her.

My real estate agent was definitely a huge factor in helping me find a home. Dina & Joe went above in beyond spending countless hours and driving numerous miles to help me look at properties until I found the right one. I would definitely recommend my real estate agent to anyone looking to find a dream home.
