It was kind of weird to have to switch from one realtor to the other right at the end there, and once we had the second realtor Josh it seems like we got some bad advice from the first one Chris. My score isn’t a reflection on Josh though, he was enthusiastic and great at explaining the why’s and how’s of everything and keeping me at ease through the process. I would definitely recommend him and will most likely go through him whenever we decide to sell.

The first showing we done in upper Sandusky she was late due to an emergency but she had forgot about our showing. She texted me the morning of the closing "Good morning! Unfortunately I will not be able to make closing today but Assured will be able to take care of everything for you. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns afterward and congratulations on your new home!"Which in the long run made us have to pay an optional fee of 910.00 that we didn't want to pay. She recommended the title place which is next door to her office. Any work that needed done on the house had to be done when she had time so I would have to go over after I got off of work. I need to still make my formal complaint in which I will make all the messages public. I would recommend houses and she wouldn't answer me for a few days. I found the house we bought online.

She was helpful and did everything she could to help us find the right home for ourselves. Her communication stayed consistent she made sure that we knew everything that we needed to know about being homeowners. Even now she remains in reach so if we have any other questions or issues that come up.
