While Chance held down the lender side, Marsha knocked the agent side out of the park to help facilitate the extremely fast turnaround time. She communicated everything we needed to do very clearly, understood the market of the area I was buying in very well, and made her business more than just simply transactional. She worked both on the front lines and behind the scenes to land us our dream home leaving little stress on our end. Would hope to business with her in the future again as well!
