I didn't always feel she had my best interest in mind. Maybe consider changing the relationship instead of a realtor. A vet needs someone to help them acquire the property at the absolute best cost. I felt like a lot of the time, she was negotiating with me to make the sale. Those are competing priorities.

Joel Campbell gave me timely information on market conditions and uplifted my spirits many times! For the first few offers, it appeared that the sellers did not want to deal with the VA because of the "many hoops" they had to go through. The sellers wanted as much cash and conventional loans and therefore the VA options (for me) was a trying experience initially.
