It would have been nice to do final walkthroughs a little earlier than the day before closing to make sure the fixes had been made that we requested. No fault on the realtor but maybe something to look into in the future.

It seemed like she was fighting for her commission. Not the best price for the buyer, even when she was talking us out of a lower price for the house and the appraisal was tide-water. Lacked clarity for the process and we wanted to be more proactive. She really wanted us to put complete trust in her but didn’t give us reassurance when deadlines weren’t met.

I don’t blame my loan team for this guy at all, in fact it was brought to my attention that he was as unhelpful with them as he was with me he was very argumentative and also very unhelpful I basically had to negotiate with the other realtor myself through Joe my realtor with little understanding of the process I felt he could’ve helped me a lot more there to where i didn’t get the surprise 2400$ at the end of the process as well as the fact that i brought up I wanted a home buyers warranty from the get go which I didn’t end up with because he said “you just have to do it yourself” never gave me any idea on how i could do that other than saying “you have to call them” after asking for at least the 7th time. I’d recommend you not use him anymore

we loved Carla, any house we asked to see she would immediately get back to us about flood zones and school districts anything we wanted to know basically, she also made this process so simple, she made sure we got everything we wanted as buyers and she even answered all of our questions even if they we repeat questions and never seamed bother by it.

Deborah was Extremely helpful and kind. Answered all questions I may have had and if she didn’t know the answer she would contact someone else to get the answer for me. Made my experience as least stressful as possible. Highly recommend working with Deborah.
