She was only asked to open 1 door … 10k for 5 minutes is way too much. The owners were actually there and let us in. She provided no real value. Other than she was nice

Melissa was a delight to work with and helped us find the kind of home we where looking for. She always kept us up to date with everything going on and was kind enough to notify us whenever she was going to be out of cell phone service with another customer and when we would be able to reach her again if we had any more questions. She was our amazing boots on the ground for the whole thing as we where out of state for most of the home buying process.

Lily did a fantastic job and was very patient when working with us. She is a little hesitant on giving her opinion, which is probably due to past experiences with customers. In my "opinion", she should have been allowed to be a little more open with her "opinion" and not wait for our response. It could have saved a little time. Other than that, she was wonderful.
