Debra was a new agent and lacked the total focus a client deserved. I too was a Realtor so I know the type of attention clients need and deserve. Pretty much I did majority of the work for her. She will need some mentorship especially if this was a first time buyer, I feel they would have felt slighted and ignored.

MS Barbara was always available when I had questions or concerns. She even helped us save thousands of dollars when the scope was not done after the foundation work was completed. There was a clogged line that would have caused major damage after we signed. She made sure that was fixed before we signed for that I am forever grateful to have her for my agent
