Jed was BEYOND amazing. I felt so bad from all the video home tours I had him do but he made himself available for them, for all my questions and went out of his way to call me even on his vacation. Big advocate for me and my loan, anything that seemed blurry he gave me clarity, was up front and honest about every property he toured. Cynthia Naylor us the best agent I’ve ever worked with, talked to etc. she was so very patient with us because we really didn’t know what we wanted other than a home for our family. She showed us many different types of homes and helped us in other ways. She was always a consummate professional and always smiling.
