Karl put our minds at ease from the moment we met him. We had a bad realtor experience many years ago but we found the other end of the spectrum in Karl. He listened to our criteria and developed a super lineup of homes to tour. He pointed out the positives and negatives of each home and we were able to find our dream home in a few days. Kik was absolutely incredible! As first-time home buyers we were nervous about trusting realtors, but Kik really went above and beyond to take care of us.
