My real estate agent was only showing me houses close to max loan, wasn't until my wife and I started looking and found there was houses for cheaper in the area we wanted to live.I recently had someone I know come and inspect the house and said there were several things not up to code. The inspector I paid for was hand picked by my real estate agent. If I I can, I would want to file a complaint on the inspector for over looking these things, and file a complaint on the real estate agent. He had told my wife they like working with inspectors they know to make their lives easier. Obviously I am not happy. I spent 7k over asking price and I am already putting money into fixing things I shouldn't have to.

Excellent! Excellent! and Mrs. Francine Green picked 1/in a million! I had previously wasn't happy or satisfied with the other in their customer service experience if they had any. With Ms. Lornis Carey's exceptional dedication to the buyers needs and concerns, the process wasn't stress full and overwhelming. It was as though I had a personal assistant who took care of everything. She was my eyes and ears, also well educated in technology to pay earnest money. The inspector for homes she referred me to even inspected the nails to the house, Chad. Those 2/were transparent and love what they do! I will work with her and her inspector again. At times we were up until midnight, on weekends, and was glad when she finally took a break to get some rest. She earns it when she has to take time to herself!

Noosheen played an important role in making sure we stayed on schedule and answered all of my questions. We had a complicated seller agent and Noosheen went above and beyond in handling said complications - I appreciate her dedication very much!

They negotiated for the house I wanted and even thought about the stuff that I didn't and got the sellers to pay for a lot of things I thought I would have to pay for.
