He helped us find the perfect home. And he was very helpful when the inspector uncovered a couple of small problems. Found us an electrician and a plumber and fixed the problems in just a few days.

We as first-time home buyers are extremely disappointed in our experience with the real estate agent. First off, we did all the work in looking for homes. She did not help us find homes or do any research to help. We were given misinformation that caused confusion and more stress. We had to go through the project manager to get the correct information because she could not give us correct answers. The lack of communication between different parties was poor and we had to remind her to get certain documents signed. We felt like since she knew we were first-time home buyers she did not guide us in a way that was in our best interest (ex: told us to still close on the house regardless if the stairs were finished. However, the stairs were contingent on closing, etc.). It was obvious that she was more focused on her profit. By the end of this process, we decided to not have her involved in the closing process as my wife and I were extremely upset and frustrated. We will not be recommending her to friends or family because of this experience. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to protect future buyers. Thank you!

Almost the worst person for the job. Completely disorganized, never knowing what step in the process we were at or what needed done. During the home viewing potential buyers (me) could ask basic question over the relator bragging about all of her income, income properties, and other adventures she was on. Small talk is great but I'm trying to buy a home for my family not listen to someone I don't know brag about their money. Became visibly and emotional frustrated when 138 had sold to a business that the buyers have know for a long period of time. Couldn't believe that she was going to miss out on a check.

My Real Estate Agent, even though she was not at Veterans United was so much like the Veterans United Team. She traveled many miles to show me houses for a week before I found the house I now own. She literally traveled several hours a day due to the distances the houses were apart. She was always pleasant and cheerful. She always answered my phone calls or responded promptly. She went above and beyond in all she did. She contacted me after hours. She even spent most of a morning with me at the town hall and superior court of a town when there was an easement issue with a house I was interested in. She is much more than a Real Estate Agent, she is a truly caring individual out to help others.

Danielle was amazing, helped every step of the way and if she didn’t know the answer she found out the answer. I would highly recommend her to all friends and family. In my absence, Danielle’s upmost Punctuality ensure the new house was in the highest standard possible during the walkthrough. She easily built immense trust in my absence.

Absolutely amazing. I would seriously tell anyone looking for a down right badass and honest and sweet realtor contact Heather Hall. She will 120 percent do her job to the fullest and give you honest feedback on which house is going to be right for you.
