Since we were purchasing our home remotely, living in Illinois buying in Washington state, her role was vital. She worked with my son Ian (who lives only 5 minutes from our house purchase) closely, making sure we were up to date on the house. Often I would ask her to contact Ian about something or other with house and she would have already done so.
