Since I don't know if this is confidential or not... I'll say it anyway. Once speaking with the agent assigned we were immediately written off because we were no looking for a home of a type and expense that meant enough to her. She even said as much when we started looking. Furthermore, I initially stated that we were looking in 3 key areas and I was assigned based on one of them. Once I informed the agent that we were having issues finding what was right for me and that an area 1 hour south of hers was where I was looking she shoukd have said it was a problem to work together then hand me off to a more appropriate agent. Ultimately I found the home myself and was shown only a bunch of slum houses or homes in areas that clearly were not as discussed.

Amy Squires is the one of the finest individuals I have ever met. She is kind, genuine, generous, and compassionate, to list but a few of her many qualities. Amy's guidance throughout my homebuying journey (and it was a journey) was more than fundamental. She molded my journey with her advice, professionalism, and expertise. Yet while her advice was invaluable, Amy was also always respectful and in support of my decisions. Jim was the absolute best real estate agent we could have asked for!! He went above and beyond anything we could have asked for. He set up multiple short notice showings for us and had answers to any questions that we had. We feel like we made a friend along the way in working with him for the two months in home searching. He was dry knowledge on the areas we were looking for a house. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Jim! I would recommend him to anyone that’s looking for a house.
