In the overall process and once starting the contract part, I felt she was just wanting to get things done and not 100% looking at for my interests. Did not have 100% answers to some questions that I feel she should have had. Stating sellers are annoyed with the number of addendums when there were only 3 at the time was weird. Also, rubbed me wrong toward the end when she told the sellers relator that I was being "nit-picky with this". When I am about to get into a half million-dollar home loan and was more than willing to let some things go and wanted other items taken care of..Overall, she did was she was supposed to, and we love the house we found and were able to make it happen, just hope few items I don't regret later by not being 'more pushy'. My wife stated that if we were in need of a realtor in the future that she would not want to use her again.

Tim was great…and very professional…there were times when he had probably gotten frustrated because of how long that the process had taken but not once did he ever show his frustration…I’m pretty sure that the process wasn’t supposed to have taken about 3 months, so I commend him for being very professional…the few times that we had met @ the house he had taken off his shoes @ the front door which I thought was very respectful…I was told that he had lost a few dollars for his commission due to how long that the process had taken, but even after he had found that out, he didn’t show any signs of being upset 😠 about that situation, which in my eyes was very professional…he had texted me a few times throughout the process to wish me a Merry Christmas and to also wish me a HAPPY Nee Year which he definitely did not have to do that…he too, would keep me posted on what was going on throughout the entire process…while doing the walkthrough he had made sure that everything that was supposed to have been done by the builder, was actually done…during the closing, he had asked the attorney a few questions to make sure that I had understood what was on going on…thanx for all of your time and patience throughout the entire process because I know that it wasn’t easy times and it was probably very frustrating.

Pam Nixon is by far the best real estate agent we have ever been introduced to. When we didn't know where we wanted to be, she had a game plan. She gave us plenty of options and showed us houses from here to there. No matter the time, if she was available, she came. Ms. Pam is a beautiful soul and a wonderful real estate agent and we're so thankful for her accepting and leading us.

Melissa is pure gold, she's is a guardian angel to every veteran she works with. She was absolutely incredible at getting us into the best home we've ever had. I still can't walk into a house without grabbing the underside of counter tops and looking for H cracks. Certain ticks remind you of great times and I've proudly got those from working with her
