It did not matter what time it was, she was constantly following up and sending documents for signatures. It was because of her that the closing time was decreased exponentially.

She did not show up on time twice and did not show up for house inspection , she did not explain anything and when questioned she told us she did not know or that is a lender question are the two answers for everything! She never even after closing gave us info or choice on the one year home warranty She choose ! She checked the box on the final walk through saying buyer declines rehome inspection without asking us ! She was informed many times we were first time home buyers and had no clue other then our vision of what house we wanted with land no less then 10 acres! She flat out said we would never find it at the price we were shopping for … there is lots more but horrible experience and she kept telling us miss information example , we can Not talk to seller she said it’s against rules, we can not pick up keys untill money from lender was in after closing so made us wait over two hrs to be able to get key.

Kim came in clutch in the most challenging situation for us due to our needs in a home due to my health issues as well as my son's.
