My realtor was Jeff rich, but his assistant that helped us out was great. Jeff was horrible and shown us 3 houses and passed us off to his assistant. Then he said he would take care of all the paper work, which he didn't, which caused us to be almost a month behind closing time which made me spend an extra 700 on rent because our landlord raised the prices Jan 15th

She did less than bare minimum. When she knew our price range, she continued sending only houses above our price range. My wife found the house. She had to be pushed to do anything. Even you guys had to call her to get something done.To the very last thing needed, it took over a day to get the keys and that’s only after I asked if we were getting the keys the afternoon after buying the house. We were promised the keys the day of purchase. The Title company even said our realtor would have it that day. She doesn’t work. She doesn’t care.

My real estate agent Kelsie made this whole process of buying a new house easy and fun! She made sure my husband and I got the house we wanted! She was an excellent communicator and even worked with us after work hours to make sure we got all our questions answered! She went over and beyond what we have expected! She is very personable and made me feel comfortable asking her a lot of questions and always made sure to respond back to texts and calls asap! Communication was super easy with her just like how you would talk to a friend! The best thing was that she was super flexible with my time and was there for any questions I had! If I needed to buy a home again, I will definitely ask Kelsie to be my agent again! Thank you Kelsie!

Connie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable and was able to work very quickly! She was easy to talk to and was a huge hit with my daughter! She was able to negotiate with the other agents to get favorable terms very well. I will most definitely work with her in the future!
