Heidi was a real help to us. We purchased remotely from Arizona for a home in Perrysburg, Ohio. Heidi did a lot of leg work touring properties and taking videos. She always went the extra mile and then some. She truly showed us we were not just another sale. Instead she was interested in us, our, wants and needs. She led us to homes always thinking of what we would consider, and gave her honest opinions. Most of our communication was through text and Heidi would respond quickly, despite the time difference.
