I can't say enough good things about Nick! Having worked with other relators in the past, I can confidently say that he's "top notch." He took the time to understand what I was looking for, showed properties at times that were convenient for me, always responded to any question or concern that I had, offered suggestions when asked, was knowledgeable about the area, clearly on "my side" during negotiations, and offered support after the closing instead of just "brushing me off."I would definitely recommend Nick, and would use him as a relator again, without hesitation!

Ryan was the quiet surprise on the team. I worked with an agent a few years ago to sell my home and it was a nightmare so I had no idea how this would go! I was very happy that I didn't end up with another agency that couldn't respect my needs! Ryan was the epitome of patience and flexibility. He was able to calmly and objectively present the best of each prospect home and not interject his personal preferences. He supported me in choosing what was best for me and then helped me navigate the purchasing process. I completely appreciate his candor, professionalism, and flexibility.

Gerard Breau is the man and I am so happy he was chosen to be my Realtor. Real up front and honest, knew the market well and overall great experience knowing what's good/bad. Our real estate agent was probably one of the most frustrating agents I have met. Multiple times she had given incorrect information, changed dates on items due, or said "this has never happened in my 18 years as an agent". That being said, she was available to my requests and made timely responses, but, if I had to do it all over again, I would have picked a different agent.
