Denise Mann with Keller Williams was an absolute rock star in the process! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and always available to show any house that we showed her. We went through a few to get to the right one, but she was a warrior in getting us what we wanted! Would highly recommend her if in the Middle Tennessee area.

The only issue we had was our realtor. I would never recommend them to anyone, they never helped and we had to search for the houses and send them to get scheduled to see. They never had any knowledge of the homes to better articulate the schematics and history. If it was my choice I would've never paid them the commission. It wasnt the first time either cause our friend had the same experience. Do not recommend Nathalie and Tony Vanjohnson and were never punctual as well.

Both selling and buying agents were great. Lisa had showing tours scheduled one after another. After only being listed for three days we had a buyer offering more than what we listed the house for plus was willing to pay the closing costs. I was just as impressed if not more so with my buying agent, Ada. Ada set up quite a few homes to tour with me and would ask what I liked or didn't like about each. I knew exactly what I wanted and she listened and found it for me and it was actually on the lower end of my price range. The whole process from start to finish was a wonderfull experience.

Milena Webb provided me a list of homes based on my preferences and price range. She was prompt and on time at our viewings and answered all my questions. She facilitated moving the closing date up, to avoid a severe winter storm foretasted for original date. She provided everything I needed, like a list of home inspectors, coordinated with seller agent about utilities and other issues.

Ben is great to, he works and communicates perfect with Becca and Ross..and the buyers and the other real estate agent...
I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them...
