We weren’t confident going in to closing with our realtor. I had to pressure her and the seller’s realtor to provide documentation for work that needed to be done and information about the property history. They were more concerned with closing the deal and moving on. As first time home buyers, buying a home is a big commitment and this is not the experience you want.

She always answered my texts—no matter the time—and went above and beyond. She even stopped by the house before we arrived to pick up a package that was delivered early. In our eyes, she went far beyond what we expected, and I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!
