This woman is the true definition of of “self-less service” and is the epitome of what all people in the customer service field should emulate. Mike Parkinson was difficult to work with for our first home buying experience. He over talks his clients, with a slightly rude tone and consistently brags about his realtor prowess and the number of houses he can close in a year. Working with Mike was the most stressful part of our experience, and we constantly felt as though he was working for the seller and not us as the buyers. He would try to convince us to accept positions we were not comfortable with. In addition, he was also the broker in this deal, which we learned about on the day of closing.. This was not ideal. Finally, on the day of close, Mike did not work for us to ensure the sellers were out of the house in time for the final walk-through. Veterans United needs to reconsider using this Broker and Agent as it truly was a very very stressful experience with Mike Parkinson.

My wife Brenda and I loved our realtor Robert Chaney, he made us feel like we were his only client. Robert called us at least three times a week to check on us and if we needed anything. He was quick to respond to our questions and held our hands through some of the process documentation. Robert and his wife Gina were wonderful and made us feel like family.
