Once the loan was approved we had little engagement from the agent. He didn’t attend the closing nor providing the information on how to get the keys for the property, I had to contact the listing agent for assistance.

From day one he kept me in the loop about everything to be done, as well as what to expect. His reassurance went a long way to easing the stress that I had. Outstanding. She was available and promptly answered all questions we had or would give at timeline for an answer if an outside agency was involved. She was very transparent with processes. She was also was adamant and persistent with any corrections/fixes that needed to be made to the home we purchsed.

JB (Jonathan Bartlett) is the best real estate agent in the game. That guy made me and my wife feel very comfortable and like he was working hard for our home. I don't think I would have felt comfortable buying a house with anyone else. I would recommend sending every VU customer to Jonathan.
