Communication was good and she was punctual with any meetings. I did do most of the home searching myself and their never was an establishment of my preferences in a new home. In regards to pest inspection, it was scheduled by her but there was some discrepancies and I ended up being the point of contact instead of her. So I did have a lot of back and forth with pest company and incurred a double charge most likely just due to misinformation.

She did not listen to my wants/needs in a house at first. I mentioned i do not want an hoa house and she sent me multiple listings in a hoa neighborhood. I found the house i wanted to look at and sent it to her. She did not send me the listing first. I relied on Will and Christina to keep me updated when i would not hear from my realtor for next steps of my process.

Ingrida Dickerson was an absolute jewel. Not even 1 hour after our initial phone call, she was already sending me properties and working to find me what I was looking for. Extremely professional and well verse in the art of negotiations. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends.

Tiffiney Graham is an awesome real estate agent. Just like my loan team she was there for me as well. She helped me to better understand the process and how it works. She is an awesome person that would go above and beyond to make sure that I was okay with the entire process
