Not very experienced. Was too timid. Never felt she had my interest at hand. Did the bare minimum requirements.

Please do not pair this agent with any more veterans, especially not first time home buyers. If I did not hold my agent’s hand and follow up on every single thing multiple times, I do not think we would have closed. It was a nightmare working with Carter and Nicole Grecio.

Scott Underwood, our agent. We looked at a few homes in the area. Scott took time to investigate these homes to get all the information needed to determine our compatibility. In some cases a few homes had issues he found and told us straight up, this home is no good! Saved us a whole bunch of money and taught us so much about this process built up confidence in us and put our minds at ease.

He was eager to help me learn things and when there was a mistake in appointments he found someone to show a house for me. Justin was always prompt, respectful, and overall great to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.
