Karla Petty did a great job. But when my file was passed to Brittany Mess, I honestly do not feel like her heart and intentions were in the right place. I felt like I had to fight every step of the way to get things done, in a timely manner. And I don't feel like she has enough knowledge about not only the VA Loan process but also about the different North Carolina Real Estate documents. She was friendly when we met her and she was helpful for our final walkthrough but overall I am not satisfied with her and her professionalism and a real estate agent.

Nadine is beyond amazing at what she does. You can tell she cares about her clients personally and it gives you a nice trusting peaceful feeling during a time that is quite stressful. She was quick to get me in to look at homes and to recommend others that she felt were comparable to the ones I selected. She started the whole process by schooling me on the home buying process. I would recommend Nadine to ANYone looking to purchase a home ESPECIALLY veterans and first time home buyers which may require more attention.

Todd was outstanding. He was good to work around our schedule. Todd was willing to allow my sister to look at the houses, when I could not get to the property myself due to my husband's health. He even would do walkthroughs and FaceTime me when I was interested in a property but was unable to be there in person. Todd went beyond what he had to do, while helping us find our forever home.

Joel was patient beyond measure. The first house I put a bid on failed the inspection, after writing contracts on five other houses and being turned down, he wrote one more contract. I know that he worked hard bringing everything together to make it happen, while making it easier for me. Thanks Joel.
