Laura is so great and so knowledgeable. Her expertise came in handy when selecting homes to view. She also offered advice on negotiations which I really appreciated since it helped me seal the deal. Kiley and Caryn were phenomenal. I don’t have the words to describe the effort and compassion these two share for truly helping their clients. I couldn’t have done it without them! Karla Petty did a great job. But when my file was passed to Brittany Mess, I honestly do not feel like her heart and intentions were in the right place. I felt like I had to fight every step of the way to get things done, in a timely manner. And I don't feel like she has enough knowledge about not only the VA Loan process but also about the different North Carolina Real Estate documents. She was friendly when we met her and she was helpful for our final walkthrough but overall I am not satisfied with her and her professionalism and a real estate agent.
