My wife and I did not enjoy our experience with the realtor, the savings was misleading when using your realtor I thought I would get a 1% of interest not 1 % paid down on interest would have saved a lot more using a personal friend who is also a realtor

Joyce did a pretty sub par in explaining things. She was unable to show up at our final walk through, she consistently created panic and a dismal attitude into our process. She was very nice, but seemed to know almost nothing about the process, failed to follow through on almost everything I asked her to accomplish. She also failed to ensure several inpsections were done. overall she was the worst part of the entire process.

My family absolutely loved Rachel Rich throughout our entire house buying process. We were nervous going into the home buying process because we are young and don’t know much about the experience, but Rachel reassured all of our worries and concerns throughout the way.
