My wife and I did not enjoy our experience with the realtor, the savings was misleading when using your realtor I thought I would get a 1% of interest not 1 % paid down on interest would have saved a lot more using a personal friend who is also a realtor

Joyce did a pretty sub par in explaining things. She was unable to show up at our final walk through, she consistently created panic and a dismal attitude into our process. She was very nice, but seemed to know almost nothing about the process, failed to follow through on almost everything I asked her to accomplish. She also failed to ensure several inpsections were done. overall she was the worst part of the entire process.

My family absolutely loved Rachel Rich throughout our entire house buying process. We were nervous going into the home buying process because we are young and don’t know much about the experience, but Rachel reassured all of our worries and concerns throughout the way. She made this experience smooth and successful. Our family will recommend Rachel to anyone we know looking to start their journey with buying their home! We can’t thank her enough!

BETTY WAS GREAT! There was no pressure during the process, at all. She never made a decision without consulting me and she made sure I didn’t decide without consulting her. She gave me insight and information throughout the entire process. Betty made sure that I was important in this process and it felt right every time we linked and communicated. I am very thankful of Veterans United setting me up with my real estate agent, Shelbie Smith. She was flexible to meet with me at all of the major events throughout purchasing my home. Shelbie also answered all of my questions and provided professional knowledge when explaining various questions I had throughout the process.
