I loved my real estate agent however, I met her for the first time ever at closing. I expected at least one in person meeting and a walkthrough the house with her. Her assistant did both the showing and final walkthrough. I was hoping one of those would’ve been with the agent.

My family and I moved to Madison as a work relocation. Jerry was referred to me as an experienced real estate who is also a military veteran. Over the last 16 years, we have relocated several times. Kristina is a one of realtor. She was able to coordinate and communicate with us seamlessly. To say she is adaptable in any situation would be an understatement. Considering the entire process had to be handled all by phone, pad, & email. Due to distance and not one, but three ice storms. We have not been able to actually visit in person, so Kristina handled all the "heavy lifting" for us up there in Oregon. We could never have hoped to find a better realtor. Period.

My wife and I believe we really used Dan a lot and he was always there to show a house when we wanted to see it. Sometimes we would get frustrated because a house we saw on line would not be what we thought and Dan would say something like it’s ok we will find the right fit. Dan also helped us with a house where we almost couldn’t get insurance by introducing Pyper who helped greatly. Dan seemed to always have resources to help when we needed it.

The agent I worked with listened to my needs and took the lead when the seller's agent did nothing and appeared to be there just for the paycheck. There was a problem with the water report (well) and he got a water report done in a week; we went to settlement on 3/4 and the sellers water report is not due back until 3/8 at the soonest. There were lots of problems between the sellers (going through a divorce) and my agent navigated through each issue.

There are not enough words for the appreciation of having Mrs. Leigh Bragg appointed as our real estate agent.
Mrs. Bragg supported us each step of the way. She was knowledgeable about the properties that we wished to view and setting up appointments quickly. She was more than great ... she was like part of our family making sure we accomplished and were successful and safe all the way through acquiring just about everything we needed and wanted in finding our home. And like the rest of the team will never be forgotten.
