We had a few issues on communication as well as an address issue that no one wanted to help us with and I feel it should have fell to both the listing and selling agents to have noticed that the physical address said one thing and the contract said a completely different address. This should not have fallen on us to figure this out and fix it.Also, when there was an issue completing , Eric got mad because I told him my 78 year old dad was not making a 14 hour trip to NY in January to get specific documents. Said that if my dad was not willing to jump in his truck and drive to NY to get the documents, then he didn't know hot to help. I made a single phone call to Elizabeth Brown and within 3 minutes we had a resolution that did not require a trip to NY!

Could have been more familiar with the Veterans United process and what my role and tasks are. Check in on things and update me on statuses more often.
