She could have done better overall. Not well versed with conducting virtual tours. Needs work on communicating and guiding home buyers by being proactive instead of reactive.

Straight robbery, horrible communication, very forgetfull individual, slacker , leaned on my VU team way way to much for his compensation. 0/10 save the next guy please remove him from the VU network.

Paula Heard has been the kindest, honest, and one of the most down to earth people I’ve met in a good while. She educated me so much and sort of mentored me throughout the process, all while looking out for our best interests. She was so very professional and made us a part of her real estate family! She was extremely respectful and straight forward when asked specific questions. She always made sure to remind us that she wanted to make sure we loved the home we are getting into and invested so much time in us to achieve our dreams and success. I applaud her flexibility and work ethic! Definitely will want her as my agent/mentor in the future and will highly recommend her to those buying/selling homes in the DMV area. Having bought a house before, I have some experience with real estate agents but Liza is by far the best I have worked with. She went above and beyond at every step. Being an out of state home buyer could have been extraordinarily stressful, but Liza was very communicative and took all stress out of the process. She went out of her way to record walk-throughs so I did not miss out buying out of state. She was my biggest advocate and helped me get the house despite a multiple-offer situation. I am so glad I got Liza as my real estate agent and will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy in the area.

Taylor was awesome. She’s super cute and great at what she does. Definitely someone you would want on your team when making such a big and sometimes stressful purchase. She was professional, always available and willing to go above and beyond. When I would freak out at times during the process, she calmed me and literally handled the issue. I’m sure I got on her nerves lol, but I appreciate her!

Let's talk about Tania, she is amazing, but that word is not enough to describe her. She took her time to make sure that we found the house for me, and most important for my girl.
