The real estate agent was all over the place. She only talked to my wife, because she works with her daughter. The agent did not show up to show homes.

My real estate agent was too busy trying to cover her mistakes than trying to do the right thing. She is not recommended. I will stop at that.

Vince was terrific, he was consistently on top of any questions we had and was great at helping us move past homes that wouldn't pass a VA inspection. He made it feel like we were shopping for a home with a family friend. He seemed very happy to help us get into a home and seemed happy for us when we purchased. I will not use another realtor besides Vince.
