I am a former real estate agent (10 Years) as well as a Loan Officer (8 years). Neil only showed up for the initial meeting with the builder. He never kept us abreast of what was going on and even responded, "I don't know" and did not make any effort to resolve an issue." During our initial meeting with NVR his statement was, "I have no allegiance to Veterans United," and left us to fend for ourselves! He was non-existent throughout the entire process. Thankfully, my previous experience in real estate sales and lending, paid off.

Geri Petterson was just simply wonderful to work with. We found her to be a very pleasant and patient person. Her experience in the field speaks loudly. Over time, she definitely gained our trust and we felt comfortable with her handling any situation or issues that might have arose. She went the extra mile for us and we did so appreciate that. If we ever had the opportunity, we would definitely recommend her. She had her own way of caring and showing that we mattered.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer, well informed, shoulder to lean on, and all around person/real estate agent. We have made her a part of our family and LOVE HER !!!!
She left us to look when we needed to look and was not far when we needed her there to answer or questions. I will recommend her highly to anyone looking for an agent.

I would have to say that Brit was the best real-estate agent ever. She didn't act like a realtor, she acted and treated us like we were friends or family. She went well above what any realtor would have. There is not a scale that would do her justice. Best ever....

Tracie was phenomenal! She was patient, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate! She was attentive to our needs and made sure we found exactly what we wanted! Would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about purchasing a home.
