When selling our other house he would just mention to always lower our price instead of possibly doing stuff to the house to make it sell quicker and at a better price. Which we didn't like much, but that is okay it all worked out. He always answered the phone and was communicative during the selling and buying process.

Very unprofessional. Confrontational. Threw 2 fits (literal jumping up n down stomping her foot with raised voice and finger pointing. I did not feel Carla represented my best interests at all. She made me feel like I was wasting her time. She asserted her opinions when not asked. Did not have any information when asked specific basic question about property. I had to look them up myself. She made this process difficult and at more than one occasion I balked from continuing. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone.

Michelle was amazing! I could not have been paired with a better agent. She worked hard to make sure I got the house I fell in love with and she ran interference with all possible hiccups along the way. If there was an issue she came to me with the issue AND possible solutions as well was timelines and costs for implementing those. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was! She made the entire process as stress-free as homebuying could be (for me) and made sure I knew and understood what was happening throughout every step in the process and had no questions. I cannot sing her praises enough, I feel like I was very fortunate to find her!

Janice was absolutely AMAZING. We have funky schedules and she worked around everything, was always looking into things anytime we had a question and was on top of making sure everything for closing was handled speedily. She went above and beyond and I couldn't imagine anyone better.
