So initially I really enjoyed Andrea for house hunting, finding my home, and working out details. She was pretty great all up until i had the issue in needing to postpone the closing due to potentially having to cancel due to the posibility of not moving down there. I asked for her to ask to postpone the closing only for her to take a day to try and convince me to purchase the home and turn around and resell it “to save money.” It wasnt till i said if it couldnt be postponed that id have to cancel the offer that it seemed that she then started making calls and sending emails about the situation of needing to postpone the closing. It just really didnt sit right with me.

Kelly was amazing always able to adjust fire when I had something come up was a real person very interpersonal and interactive she wasn’t just chasing a pay check she wanted me to get something that fit me that was me and she fought tooth and nail to help me get there one of the best persons I have had the pleasure of meeting I don’t have the words to express my gratitude

Robyn was our real estate agent in Rawlins. She was amazing. Anything we needed an answer to she provided and with speed.
Monica, our assistant loan officer for VA was totally amazing. We have never been so pleased with 2 people in a long time. Professional, pleasant dispositions and courteous. You are lucky to have these two working with you.

He dedicated himself to finding the perfect home to suit our needs and his communication skills were next level with updating us and answering any questions we may have. I highly recommend!!

Dalila was fantastic and helped us understand what to do at each step along the way. She was really on top of it with scheduling showings and submitting paperwork right away. It made us feel better knowing she was helping us find our house.
