Jessie was very friendly but she did not do much work from what I could tell. She did not come prepared to the walkthroughs with information on the houses and I would always have to do my own digging to find what I needed. She did answer a lot of my questions about the process of home buying but when it came to a more personal regard she did very little.

Pam Smith was the highlight of our home buying experience! Over the course of the year that we were searching for the perfect home with her, she stuck with us and was always completely honest and genuine. She always made sure we were completely taken care of, even if it was less than convenient for her.
She took the time to get to know us, our preferences, and what we were looking for in a house. She made sure that we were going to find a house that we could turn into a home!

Tim and Carrie are a rare find. Night and day difference from our last realtors. They had our best interest, very knowledgeable about homebuying, local area and what benefits military are eligible for. They were super patient with us and always responded with haste. We felt as though we were always their priority--they definitely are the definition of above and beyond!

He was of great help and was always there for me and took the time difference in consideration as I did for him too.
He made sure that the deal got done and kept me updated more than VU did despite him having other clients than me. Outstanding Guy I can wait to refer him to somebody else or come back to him.

Charlene is such a great agent to work with. Her knowledge of the VA loan process is absolutely amazing and she was prepared to help me as well as the sellers agent who never has worked a VA loan. With how hard it is to find good homes in my price range I'm so glad she was there by my side to help me.
