The team set me up with an awesome real estate team in my area. The team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect house.

Ms. Becky and Judy are awesome! I have requested an in-house real estate agent from Mr. Heins, and he introduced me to a local agent. That same day, Becky contacted me and introduced herself along with her colleague Ms. Judy. I’ve asked them for a listing of houses based on my preference I’ve given them. Few minutes later that same day, they gave me a list and I responded to them with the houses I’ve chosen to check out. I’ve chose four different houses. That following day, they’d visited the houses to take a video tour for me. Despite of these houses being 60miles apart, they took the video tour for all of them in two days. Their videos are very detailed inside and out and definitely help me made the critical decision of which house to chose. It took me few days to decide and then listed the four houses in order from the most to least preferred. And after submitting the list to Ms. Becky and Judy, the first offer was submitted. These happened just within 7-8 days. Their dedication to duty made it so easy for me in processing to purchase a house. Their communication is very effective despite of the time difference from where I was (Japan) and theirs (FL). Even if I sent them a message around noon (Japan time), they still responds immediately. I didn’t expect them to respond to my email right away, but they did even if it’s after working hours. They’re the reason that made the closing ASAP as I planned. They are extremely knowledgeable about their job that made the entire process so easy. My questions and concerns are always answered and the fact the they also given me suggestions that made it easy for me to decide. They went above and beyond with their duty and assisted me finding the right home.

I can't say enough great things to relay how spectacular Aric is and I don't ever want to use another agent! Ever! Took me through this process, educated and shared information to help me understand. Is always available, checked on me and kept great lines of communication and has help me through a tough process and didn't shy away from tough conversations or questions and knew almost everything I inquired about and his information was golden nuggets of experience and his heart. He is a true professional that is passionate and is beyond great at his job! Very humble individual that has set the standard high for everyone else to strive towards in his profession.

Staphany exceeded expectations throughout the entire buying process and was incredible through every stage of buying our home. Jeff is the definition of professionalism and time after time did everything thing e could to help my wife and me. The recommendations he gave for local services always turned out to be the easiest in which I'd do that said task. He is the only person I will ever recommend for when if any of my friends, family or loved ones needed a champion on their side. He was truly a pleasure to work with, it would not have been possible without him.

Katherine Hudson and Nancy Orum were the best. Very responsive and helpful no matter the time of day or the issue. They were there guiding us through the numerous obstacles we encountered in this transaction. Katherine continued helping us even afterwards. They truly cared for us. Our Texas agent not so much. I had to ask for updates and what was going on several times. The level of service was like night and day.

Joe Yates was the driving force in us getting the things we needed to accomplish done. I was laid up with a medical issue two weeks before closing that kept me from doing the physical things around the house in order to pass the appraisal process. Joe brought in a handyman who gave us a reasonable rate to tackle the things that needed to be fixed, keeping us from being weeks behind on closing.

Lonnie Lunsford was awesome to work with. We hit a few snags that were not fault of his. He did and excellent job at getting the answers that we needed in a timely manner. He went above and beyond several times during this process and I can't thank him enough.
