Sumter is too far I really recommend a Columbia agent for Columbia clients. Or, and this is winging it, let us choose our own agent? Just a thought. Had her office been local she could have been a better suited resource and gotten a better review. I like a hands on agent able to easily recieve me in an office without driving an hour. That's how far her office is and it's Way too far! She was a nice person and was well informed did the best she could tried to meet with me wasn't familiar with Columbia.

Aretha is an excellent real estate agent whom I would highly recommend to potential home buyers. She is well informed about the current market and takes the time to get to know her client and the kind of house that would be good for her client(s).

I can't say enough about Sara, she was absolutely amazing and she really connected with us and made light with us on how long it took for us to finally find our forever home. We were many firsts for Sara. We beat her record of how many houses shown before finally making a purchase. First clients to see her dodge a very large turkey for us as she FaceTime walked us through a property that we ended up walking through in person just a day or 2 later. She drove all over with us time after time from mid morning to mid to late evening. She is a Rockstar! You guys need to keep her in your referrals.
