Tyree Fry was a "superstar" throughout the whole process!! Especially because, as a first-time buyer, we didn’t know what were the right questions we should be asking. He would proactively provide us with any information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with the perfect person. As mentioned above, as a first-time home buyer, we were not sure what to expect, what’s good or bad, and Ty was always so candid and provided his needed/wanted own perspective of different aspects of each home that he thought would be relevant to our decision-making based on what he had learned about us. We truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, in my humble opinion, it is crucial to keep those around that do. He was truly focused on making sure we were satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, reiterating as a first-time home buyer, this process had some stressful times because we were operating on a short time line. Ty was immensely patient with our questions and was always available to provide us with the information that we wanted/needed. We just felt like we were in "Great" hands. We can go on and on talking about the awesome service Ty provided, we were just happy we had someone who went above and beyond ( we are sure he does this with all of clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout. Brian was an excellent agent throughout my months long search for the perfect home. Lashun had a heavy tasking from us. With us being in another state, Lashun wasn't just showing us houses. He had to be all of our senses for us. Any noises, smells, pointing the camera at things he would be concerned with. He quickly earned our trust. We purchased this home and didnt even visit the town it was in until after signing. That was 100% because of the mutual faith we earned with eachother.
