Tyler was the keystone to my home buying process. He was asked about my preferences and sent regular emails with property listing's. He even gave e me HOA bylaws for properties that had HOAs and even gave me a rundown on how strict they were. He was even able to find defects in certain properties that I would never have even thought to look for!

She was very helpful and understanding. Very attentive. I can see she was doing her best to reach the seller throughout the process. There were several layers in between her and seller but she was very aggressive and ensured my concerns were addressed.

The sellers left quite bit of their trash behind and food in the freezer. It could have be noted sin the contract that we did not sign on to clean for them.

Not much communication, little effort on their part. Wasn’t even there to give us the keys on closing day so I had to go around and figure out which key was which. She didn’t even find this home or any other home I looked at, I found them. Never asked what I was looking for in a home. Would not recommend, would recommend Veterans United no longer recommending her.
