I did most if not all the work in her area. I was sent maybe 3 houses total in 14 weeks. I found every house, attended any and all open houses by myself. I traveled myself every weekend from Boston to Springfield MA to view the houses I found all week and called all week. She put my offers in and wrote the offers up. Knowing I lived 2 hours away and could only work on the weekends with her, I would get canceled on for cook outs or birthday parties she had to attend. She was extremely frustrating at times not reading my texts or leaving out pertinent information regarding the offers i made i.e. competitive bidding, closing costs, tax exemption (had no idea), not speaking all day but then I would get emails or texts at 2am which I thought was highly inappropriate. I was told jackie had worked with other Veterans but my biggest complaint about her was how little she knew about the va loan or Veterans with disabilities for that matter. I used my loan team or Google to answer any questions I had about the Veteran loan then in return go to jackie and explain what I learned to her. Keep in mind I knew nothing so I had lots of questions that she couldn't answer. I had put a total of 6 offers in before I got the home I did. The first 4 offers I prob could've gotten 3 of those homes if I knew thr knowledge I do now. I was only learning things after my offer was declined.or if jackie hadn't waited till the last minute to put my offers in ( not sure why was just something she did waiting until the absolute last min of the deadline to hand the offers in) I learned afterwards that didn't have to even be a thing. She was very personable and friendly for a positive feature.

Kyle Bryant, through careful listening, pinpointed our home-buying needs and, through his knowledgeable understanding of the VA loan process was able to help us find the perfect home quickly. I think this saved a lot of time, money, and hassle. He kept us on track and communicated well. He explained all the jargon and worked well around our schedule. Kyle was key to us getting into our dream home so quickly!

Jeff Rich was great. From his professional and constantly upbeat demeanor to his no nonsense presentation of honest truth were greatly appreciated. Like the rest of the VU team, he was always there to answer questions and work with the seller agent to get us into our new home. He has continued to be accessible, working through the gremlins of a new house.

Darin was a great agent, he kept us updated throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable in the buying process and negotiating and was able to reply quickly to any questions that we had. His time management was also great in scheduling viewing for us.

Carla is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us updated about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new home came on the market. Couldn’t be happier with my home buying experience.

Lee went above and beyond to make sure that we got a good viewing of this house, especially since we were live almost 2800 miles away. He was always quick to respond to any questions that we had, and we always knew he was doing his best for us.

Julie was extremely professional and cooperative. She was relaxed and never put any pressure on us to make any decisions we weren't ready for. She made the entire process that much easier for us.

Jodi was so nice and knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure we were doing the right things and ensured we weren't letting issues with the house go unfixed before closing.
